About Bundle Shop
Who we are
- Since 2021working with builders, remodelers, and design professionals
- Thousands of projectsdelivered across the country
- $20M+ in materialssourced, purchased, and delivered through Bundle
Bundle is a construction procurement company based in Oakland, California, with a team across the U.S. Since 2021 we've bought materials on behalf of builders, general contractors, remodelers, interior designers, and developers — plumbing, lighting, appliances, hardware, and the rest of what goes into a finished home.
The brands here are the ones we've bought for years: Kohler, Moen, Delta, Brizo, Toto, and Hansgrohe in plumbing; Maxim, WAC, Visual Comfort, and Kichler in lighting; LG and Summit in appliances; Top Knobs and Amerock in hardware, among others. Some we buy direct from the manufacturer. Most come through authorized distributors we've worked with on hundreds of projects. Each product page shows where it ships from.
For most of that time, Bundle worked project by project: a builder handed us a materials list, and we sourced it, priced it, ordered it, and tracked every delivery to the jobsite. That's how we built relationships with these suppliers and earned the pricing we pass through. That service still exists — it's called Bundle Procure, and it's described below.
Builders kept asking the same question: can we just buy from you directly? Bundle Shop is the answer. We've opened our supplier network so any building professional can see direct pricing and order without a project setup, a demo, or a phone call. Every product here comes from a supplier we already work with, every order is backed by the same team that has been delivering to jobsites for years, and if something goes wrong, a Bundle project manager is there to support your team.
Bundle Shop and Bundle Procure
What's the difference between Bundle Shop and Bundle Procure?
They're two ways to buy from the same supplier network.
Bundle Shop (this site) is a lightweight storefront. Search by brand or model number, see direct pricing, add to cart, check out. It's for the items you already know you need — a run of Kohler faucets, an LG appliance package, replacement fixtures for a unit turn — when you want them ordered in a few minutes, not a few emails. Orders ship from the supplier and you track them here.
Bundle Procure (bundle.build (opens in a new tab)) is the full procurement service. You hand us a project's materials list — or a set of plans — and a Bundle project manager sources every item, requests quotes from qualified vendors, builds the priced list for your approval, places the orders, and tracks each delivery against your schedule. It covers the long tail: custom and configured items, products outside our catalog, items that need a vendor conversation. It's for teams that want procurement handled rather than a place to shop.
Which should I use?
If you know the model numbers and they're in our catalog, Shop is faster. If you have a full project list, a plan set, or items that need sourcing, Procure. Many customers use both: Procure for the project, Shop for the one-offs. The same account works on either.
Does Bundle Shop require a subscription?
No. Verify a work email, see pricing, order when you need to. There's no monthly fee and no minimum.
About Bundle
Who is Bundle?
A construction procurement company founded in 2021, headquartered in Oakland, California. We source and deliver building materials for residential builders and design professionals — thousands of projects and more than $20 million in materials to date.
Where do the products come from?
From manufacturers and authorized distributors Bundle has purchased from for years. Most orders ship directly from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address. Each product page shows its fulfillment source.
Why is the pricing lower than what I usually see?
Bundle buys across many projects and customers, and passes that volume pricing through to you. We don't hold inventory or mark products up in a warehouse; you're paying close to what a high-volume buyer pays, with no added card fees.
Who is this for?
Builders, general contractors, remodelers, interior designers, developers, and the trades — anyone buying materials for a project. It fits best for teams doing enough volume to feel the cost of managing a dozen vendors but not enough to staff a purchasing department. Pricing is available to registered building professionals.
How is Bundle Shop different from Home Depot Pro or Ferguson?
Home Depot and Ferguson each sell what they stock. Bundle sells across manufacturers and distributors on one order: a Kohler faucet, a Summit fridge, and a Maxim fixture arrive as one purchase with one tracking view, even though they ship from three suppliers. Pricing is direct from the source rather than off a shelf, and every lead time shown is the supplier's current one, not an estimate. Where a single retailer has a better price on a single item, buy it there — Bundle is for the order, not the item.
Can I buy part of my list here and the rest elsewhere?
Yes. There's no minimum and no requirement to buy a complete package. Many customers buy the items where Bundle's pricing or lead time is better and source the rest however they usually do.
Pricing and accounts
How pricing works
Verify your email to see direct prices. Product prices are reviewed again at checkout before an order is placed.
How do I see direct prices?
Enter your email and follow the link we send. Open it in the same browser. No password is needed.
Can I shop by model number?
Yes. Search by model number, product description, or brand. Model-number searches match exactly.
How long are prices held?
Your cart shows a "prices held through" date. Prices are confirmed at checkout before your order is placed.
Is the pricing the same as Bundle Procure?
The supplier pricing is the same. Procure includes project-management service on top; Shop doesn't, which is why it has no subscription.
Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Each product shows its current lead time before you buy. Your cart shows an arrival summary, and your order confirmation lists the estimated delivery date per item. We email you when items ship and if a date changes.
Where can I find my orders?
Open Orders after signing in. Each order shows per-item status, estimated delivery dates, and tracking numbers as carriers provide them.
Can I share a cart or an order?
Yes. Share a cart with a client or partner for review; they'll create a Bundle account to view pricing and can place the order themselves. Share an order to give anyone with the link live tracking.
Payment and returns
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Bundle never sees or stores your full card number, and there's no card processing fee.
Can I return a product?
Return conditions depend on the product and its supplier, and are listed on each product and order page before you buy. Start a return from your order page, or email returns@bundle.build with the product, quantity, and issue. See our Returns Policy (opens in a new tab).
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it within five business days from your order page or at returns@bundle.build, with photos. We handle the claim with the supplier and reply within one business day.
